Crowds of Shia Muslims participated in the 38th Annual Arbaeen procession at the Marble Arch in London, UK.

The march took place on the 4th of November amid a spiritual atmosphere commemorating the calamities of the Ahlulbait, peace be upon them.

The commemorates spend 3 hours walking five kilometers towards the Marble Arch, where the annual march is concluding every year.

The Arbaeen Procession is the largest annually organized Islamic event in Europe and leads the charge as the very first Arbaeen Procession of Imam Hussein, peace be upon him, in the West.

Over the years the Shia community built strong relationships with the local authorities, Westminster Council and the Metropolitan Police.
