The World Health Organization (WHO) has warned countries that have not succeeded in using all available mechanisms to combat the Coronavirus, which is still spreading and is difficult to overcome.

“Some countries have taken a lack of integration approach, these countries have a long and difficult way ahead,” said WHO Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus in a virtual press briefing at WHO headquarters in Geneva.

Over 10.5 million people have been infected and more than half a million others have lost their lives around the world since Covid-19 disease first appeared in the Chinese city of Wuhan.
