Iran's clerical court bars family of Ayatollah Sayyed Hussein al-Shirazi from meeting him and arrests some of them

A private source said on Wednesday that security men at the Iranian clerical court had banned the family of Ayatollah Sayyed Hussein al-Shirazi, the son of the Supreme Religious Authority Grand Ayatollah SayyedSadiq al-Husseini al-Shirazi, who had been arrested three days ago and taken to an unknown location.

The source, who refused to be named for fear of being targeted, in an interview with ShiaWaves, said that security men at Iran's clerical court have banned the family of Ayatollah Sayyed Hussein al-Shirazi, son of Grand Ayatollah Sadiq al-Husseini al-Shirazi, with cruel force and violence from meeting with His Eminence.

The source added that Sayyed Hussein al-Shirazi suffers from diabetes and high blood pressure and is in urgent need of constant treatment, noting that the security men declined to reveal any information about the place of detention or health status of His Eminence.

The source also mentioned that the security men refused to deliver medicine to the Sayyid’s detention center, while they received his family and relatives very violently and arrested some of them.
