Two citizens were injured in rocket shell attacks on al-Dwelaa neighborhood and Harasta residential suburb in Damascus and Damascus countryside, in a new violation of de-escalation zone agreement in eastern Ghouta.

A source at Damascus Countryside Police Command said that the terrorist groups positioned in Eastern Ghouta fired six rocket shells on residents’ houses in al-Dwelaa neighborhood, injuring two citizens and causing material damages.

Earlier, the source said that the armed groups fired four rocket shells on Harasta residential suburb that hit Island B, causing material damage to citizens’ properties.

The Syrian army responded to the attacks by striking areas from where the shells were fired in eastern Ghouta, eliminating a number of mortar launching pads and inflicting heavy losses upon armed groups.
