A Christian woman from Chile announced her conversion to Islam in the Holy Shrine of Imam Redha, peace be upon him, in the holy city of Mashhad in northeastern Iran.

The ceremony to honor Clorida Santi Bones’ conversion was held in the presence of religious figures and officials in the Holy Shrine.

Bones said that the Muslim women’s dresses and their headscarves motivated her to convert to the Islamic religion.

Bones chose the name Rose after her conversion to Islam, adding that after her conversion, she conducted enquiries for about 8 months, and finally reached a conclusion that Islam is the most complete and the best religion.

She indicated that she had the honor to visit the Imam Redha Holy Shrine for the first time.

The newly convert was granted a certificate of converting to Islam, a Spanish copy of the Noble Quran and other gifts.
