Holy Karbala prepares to receive the birth anniversary of Imam Hussein

Hundreds of thousands of pilgrims from all around the world are inflowing into the holy land of Karbala to celebrate the auspicious anniversary near the holy shrines.

The holy shrines are decorated with flowers and roses, and the areas neighbouring the holy shrines are dressed in colourful lights to mark the auspicious anniversaries.
