Korean lady converts to Shia Islam at Imam Ridha Shrine

Cooperating with management of non-Iranian pilgrims’ affairs the holy shrine Ridha, a young Korean Lady converts to Shia Islam amid Eid Maba’ath celebrations.

Kim Young who had come to Mashhad with her family attended Holy Shrine’s Dar al-Rahmah Portico and converted to Shia Islam. 

The religious expert present in the meeting offered a full explanation on the primary principles of beliefs and elaborated on the main principles of Islam. Then, this lady converted into Islam by Uttering Shahadah (the two testimonies of faith).

It is worth mentioning that at the end of this ceremony, some gifts, in addition to the conversion certificate, including a copy of Holy Qur’an, books of converts’ story, how to say prayers, introduction of Imam Ridha in English, a veil (Chador) and prayer rug were offered to her.
