The Minister stressed on the necessity of educating the farmers on this technique, which is applied in the farms of KhairatAba al-Fadl al-Abbas, peace be upon him, as well as in the other farms belonging to the holy shrine.

“The projects of the al-Abbas’s (p) holy shrine are in fact pioneering experiments, whether by research or using water for agriculture,” said Minister Hassan al-Janabi. “What I saw in the farms of the al-Abbas Holy Shrine must be spread and expanded because they use very efficient techniques for the use of water, as well as the high quality of fertilizer produced and used for soil treatment, and I am happy to visit this area and I hope to do what is possible seeking to spread this experience in the country.”
